As a sales assistant, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our experienced sales consultants. Once you have successfully set appointments, our sales consultants will take over and work with the prospective customers to close the deals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential customers, build rapport, and convey the value of solar energy solutions.
Persuasive Abilities: Ability to articulate the advantages of solar energy in a compelling and persuasive manner, overcoming objections and generating interest.
Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively influence and convince potential customers to take the next step.
Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive experience for every prospect you interact with.
Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments in a fast-paced environment.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude, persistently pursuing leads and maintaining motivation.
Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using various software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems for lead tracking and management.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and other departments, sharing insights and working together to achieve common goals.
