The Summer Intern, Operations will focus on organizing and cataloging internal L&D resources, ensuring data accuracy in Oracle, and supporting process documentation efforts. This role will be primarily responsible for cataloging Oracle courses, aligning them with leadership development and succession planning priorities, as well as managing data-related tasks. The intern will also help with creating documentation, such as SOPs and policies, and preparing training materials. In addition, the intern may be exposed to other Human Resource functional areas, including Compensation, Human Resource Business Partners, Labor Relations and Compliance, and Benefits, to gain broader insights into HR operations and strategy.

Performance of other work-related duties as needed
Your essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Catalog and align Oracle courses with priority skill areas related to leadership development and succession planning.
- Organize and update records in Oracle to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in the creation and documentation of SOPs, policies, and guidance documents.
- Prepare visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, training materials, and collateral for team use.
- Support process refinement and improvements within the team, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel to track progress and measure training success.
- Assist in planning and organizing internal events related to L&D, such as trainings or workshops.
Assist HR teams in various projects related to Compensation, Benefits, and Labor Relations.The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Must be currently enrolled fulltime in an undergraduate or graduate program
Must have at least 30 credit hours complete
Must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average
Strong writing and editing skills for clear, concise documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Familiarity with Oracle or similar data management software
Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, Marketing, or related fields.
Understanding of leadership development or succession planning strategies.
