- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations and setup requirements
- Multi-Axis CNC Programming and Operation (4th axis rotary milling, 5-axis milling, Swiss-type, and/or live tooling lathes, etc.)
- Experience with CAD/CAM Software including creating and posting CAM programs
- High-Speed & Precision Machining
- Experience or desire to learn Robotic & Automated Manufacturing Integration
- Part fixturing and setup reduction strategies. Must be able to improvise setups using common tooling
- Ability to observe machine operations to predict or detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and adjust accordingly
- Ability to measure parts using customer prints to ensure quality product

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 experience as a CNC Machinist preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining precision and adhering to quality standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong CNC machining skills, including programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment.
