Swiss CNC Machinist - 1st shift

We currently have an opportunity available for a 1st shift CNC Swiss Machinist.

Our facility is temperature controlled / air conditioned.

Essential Duties include:

- Setup & Operation – Set up Tsugami Swiss machines, set tools/materials and ensure repeatability.

- Troubleshooting & Adjustments – Address run issues, tweak offsets, and optimize speed/feed for accuracy and finish.

- Minor Program Edits –Make basic adjustments to G-code (full programming is a plus).

- Maintenance & Documentation – Conduct preventative maintenance and modify/create setup sheets.

Additional responsibilities:

- Handle raw material safely—load bar stock into bar feeders.

- Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensions are maintained.

- Replace worn tools and keep them sharp to extend life and improve performance.

- Follow all safety and quality assurance standards.

- Take ownership of new tasks or improvement opportunities that support team goals.
