Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Dolton, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for machining the mold tooling components required for our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

- Program CNC mills using EDGECAM.

- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision machined metal parts.

- Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.

- Utilize measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

- 5+ experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.

- Proficient in CNC programming - using EDGECAM

- Proficient in reading technical drawings.

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes.

- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).

- Familiarity with HAAS machines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
