The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and performs maintenance activities across all company locations, ensuring equipment, vehicles, cranes, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OSHA standards. The Maintenance Supervisor also leads maintenance personnel, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of all maintenance and repair work.
- Promote and enforce safety practices in all maintenance activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment, cranes, vehicles, and facility systems. Oversee seasonal groundskeeping, including mowing, landscaping, and snow removal.
- Supervise, assign, and assist maintenance staff in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, vehicles, and building systems. Trains and develops staff to meet company and individual goals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Inspect and evaluate equipment performance, identifying potential failures and implementing corrective actions. Oversee general facility upkeep, including lighting, wiring, plumbing, and safety-related building improvements.
- Manage the maintenance of company vehicles, including fleet, trailers, and heavy equipment.
- Ensure proper tools, supplies, and replacement parts are available to minimize downtime.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and departments to prioritize maintenance needs and schedule repairs effectively.
- Support and perform fabrication, welding, or machining as necessary to repair or modify equipment.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of a machine repair or industrial maintenance apprenticeship program preferred. Minimum of 5–7 years of maintenance experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities. Strong mechanical background with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and fabrication. CDL preferred.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate maintenance personnel. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.Skilled in welding, fabrication, and use of cutting torches. Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software. Computer literacy for scheduling, recordkeeping, and reporting. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting upto 50 lbs, standing, climbing, pushing, and pulling. Must hold a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
