Working Construction Manager

Developer/Builder with work from Boston and South Shore seeking a qualified, self starting working Construction Manager. You will work with a talented team in new 1-3 million dollar townhomes and single family homes in company owned developments.

Must be a well a rounded individual in this type of work. Proficiency with tools such as miter box, circular saw etc is required.. Ability to diagnose issues in occupied homes and remedy quickly. Coordination with vendors and ability to communicate effectively with vendors, colleagues and homeowners. This is a year round position. Salary commensurate to experience. Truck and some travel is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee and manage to completion a high quality well constructed home and buyer experience. Manage schedules, approve payments to vendors, interface with municipal inspectors, subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications and Skills

CSL License Required

OSHA 10 certification

Computer Literate
