Woodland Shipping Clerk Level 2

Our Shipping & Receiving Department is open Monday through Friday, from 5 am to 10 pm with a typical scheduling of 40+ hours. This position is responsible for checking in materials physically and electronically, scheduling shipments and virtual inventory. Regular auditing of inventory and related research occurs.

- Speaks fluently, reads, comprehends, writes including spelling of words, composition of sentences, and grammar in the English language.

- Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, discounts, percentages, and able to convert fractions to decimals and decimals into fractions. Ability to calculate weights.

- Ability to provide a high level of customer service and use interpersonal skills including assessing others’ needs, meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of the satisfaction of others, being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

- Conversant in spreadsheet and word processing programs. Ability to do research using the internet and communicate fluently using email and messaging programs. Ability to learn and use all other software and computing products assigned.

- Ability to cope with stressful situations and interact cordially with coworkers to accomplish tasks.

- Ability to work independently and to maintain a regular, reliable, and predictable schedule which includes punctuality and adhering to timelines.

- Displays strong organization and time management skills

- Ability to read maps and understand route optimization.

- Ability to use a keyboard accurately with the minimum typing speed of 30 WPM and minimum 10-key speed of 4,500 KPH.
