Woodland Maintenance Tech Level 1

Our Woodland Facility is in operation Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 1:00 am, and the typical week is scheduled for 40 + hours. This position is responsible for maintenance and installations of heavy and metalworking equipment, general facility maintenance (HVAC, plumbing), and minor vehicle maintenance.

- Attendance, Shift Punctuality

- Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and being able to convert fractions to decimals and decimals into fractions

- Ability to use a variety of measuring tools such as a tape measure and calipers

- Ability to operate weld machines, forklifts, and overhead lifting equipment

- High school, technical training or experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and basic facility maintenance

- Safety conscious attitude concerning all aspects of work: yourself, your equipment, and your surroundings

- Fluent in written and spoken English
