We are looking for a Well Integrity Field Technician to join our team in Red Deer, AB. This role involves on-site equipment installation, troubleshooting, and well integrity testing at remote client sites. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in field environments.

- Perform well integrity tests, gas migration testing, and surface casing vent flow monitoring at client sites.
- Ensure equipment is function-tested, installed properly, and operational.
- Conduct general preventative maintenance on testing equipment, vehicles, and trailers.
- Maintain, inspect, and transport inventory, tools, and materials.
- Act as a local business development representative when interacting with client representatives.
- Prepare accurate, detailed reports and submit them in a timely manner.
- Conduct facility inspections and maintain a safe and orderly shop environment.
- Drive to and from client work sites using a company-provided vehicle.
- Work safely and adhere to all regulatory and company safety standards.- Experience: 3+ years in oil & gas or a related field (preferred)
- Education: High School Diploma required; technical training in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or environmental fields is an asset
- Class 5 Driver’s License with Clean Driver's Abstract

- Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to regulations
- Work is conducted outdoors in remote locations
- Physical workload includes medium to heavy lifting (lift provided)
- Long driving periods (50% of the workday) with regular movement breaks
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekends as needed
