What You’ll Do

As a Quality Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and engineering specs

- Inspecting first-piece, in-process, and finished products for quality and accuracy

- Troubleshooting issues with prints and materials

- Using precision tools like Virtek Scanner, ROMER Arm CMM, calipers, micrometers, and more

- Documenting inspection results and recommending improvements

- Supporting safe work practices and maintaining a clean work environment

- Creating and submitting PPAP documentation

What You Bring

- High school diploma or GED

- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a related field

- Strong blueprint reading and analytical skills

- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques

- Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively across teams

Physical Requirements

- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.

- Comfortable working near mechanical equipment in a loud environment

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
