Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that projects meet quality standards and safety regulations while supporting the seamless execution of construction, manufacturing, or maintenance tasks. - Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate and assemble metal components.
- Perform various welding techniques including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape sheet metal, ductwork, piping, and structural components.
- Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
- Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly on construction sites or within manufacturing facilities.
- Execute pipe threading, soldering, machining, and assembly tasks while adhering to ASME codes & standards for quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following safety protocols and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment at all times.
- Proven construction site, Oil Field, Fab Shop experience with a solid understanding of safety procedures and site protocols.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW welding processes; experience with
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and other fabrication machinery.
- Knowledge of basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Experience with rigging operations, crane handling, pipe threading, ductwork installation, and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of schematics and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely. - Must be able/open to travel to Different Company Districts to assist in Projects and Repair when needed. (Company will pay/reimburse for expenses).
