Welder/Fabricator

Creative Fabrications is looking for skilled welders/fabricators for immediate hire. One year experience (performance could waive this requirement), in fabricating stairs, railings, awnings, and other custom ornamental/architectural metal work is preferred. We work in both the commercial and residential industries.

You will be required to pass our standard fabrication test which takes approximately one hour.

Working hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm with opportunities for overtime if desired.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.

- Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.

- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

- Conduct quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure accuracy and precision.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.

Summary

As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be essential in transforming raw materials into finished products through skilled welding and fabrication techniques. Reporting to the Foreman, you will utilize core skills such as blueprint reading and power tools, while also applying premium skills in MIG welding.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
