Welder/Fabricator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to assemble structural forms according to blueprints and specifications. Must be willing to travel out of town.

Duties:

- Utilize various tools and equipment such as plasma cutters, power tools, and hand tools to fabricate and weld metal components

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine the layout of metal structures

- Weld components using processes such as FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and stick.

- Operate loaders to move materials as needed

- Assemble fabricated metal parts using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments.

Requirements:

- Proficient in welding techniques including FCAW

- Experience with plasma cutting, soldering, and using hand tools

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and precision in assembling metal parts
