Plane Exhaust is a drug-free, equal-opportunity employer, manufacturing facility in Tamarac, FL. Plane Exhaust specializes in custom sheet metal & mandrill tubing fabrications for Aircraft Exhaust Systems. We are growing and looking for an EXPERIENCED welder/fabricator.

The Welder/Fabricator position is the perfect position for a dedicated, self-motivated team player willing to maintain an aggressive production schedule. Overtime hours are sometimes necessary as scheduling demands. Candidate must be a highly skilled individual with a minimum of five years welding experience. This position requires "TIG welding" working knowledge with stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and inconel.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

- Specific knowledge of TIG Welding with 5+ years’ experience

- Spot welder setup (Tooling selection, machine setup)

- Experience in building fixtures and doing setups for precision sheet metal fabrication

- Ability to read blueprints and determine quality requirements

- Ensure outstanding quality and optimum efficiency are consistently achieved

- Dependability

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in English.

Job Type: Full-time

- 8-hour shift

- 3 pm-12 pm
