Pluris Customer Care representatives interface with water/wastewater utilities customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, in person or through email depending on the customer’s needs. This position provides customer service support and resolution of problems for multiple utilities and states. Customer care representatives are expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times ensuring the best customer experience on every interaction. Customer service or call center experience is a plus, ideally handling utility billing. You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment where it is all about multi-tasking to get the job done. You are positive and professional with a focus on solving problems and doing whatever it takes to make a difference to every customer every time. You relate well to all kinds of people, listen attentively, and identify the most important issues. You explain things easily in ways that people can understand and enjoy sharing your enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities: You will be at the heart of our customer service operations as you deliver first-class customer service in every interaction in our call center. In the call center, you will be on the front line to help solve customer challenges, deliver superior customer service by ensuring every interaction is a positive one. Handle incoming calls, emails, return mail, etc.
