- Demonstrated ability to follow established safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE, traffic control protocols, confined space entry requirements, and safe practices for handling sampling equipment and compressed gases.

- Strong understanding of water sampling principles, field methods, and the purpose and function of wells, pipelines, recharge basins, and related monitoring equipment to ensure accurate data collection and regulatory compliance.

- Skilled in identifying and resolving field equipment and sampling issues by using SCADA data, field measurements, diagnostic tools, and established troubleshooting techniques to maintain reliable sampling operations.

- Knowledge of how sampling activities, well operations, and recharge/discharge conditions affect upstream and downstream system performance, including the ability to recognize impacts on water quality, workflows, and compliance requirements.
