Water Pump Technician – Well Pump Installation & Repair

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Well Pump Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with submersible and other types of pumps, troubleshooting well and water system issues, and performing installations and repairs. This is a hands-on role that requires problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Install new well pumps and water systems

- Pull and repair existing pumps

- Diagnose and troubleshoot well, pump, and water system issues

- Perform routine maintenance and service calls

- Work with electrical components related to well pumps

- Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards

- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients

Requirements:

- Experience in well pump installation and repair (preferred but willing to try if mechanically inclined)

- Knowledge of submersible and other pumps

- Ability to diagnose and repair water system issues

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions

- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
