What You'll Do:

As a Night Wash Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wash process, including:

- Starting up, shutting down, and conducting quality tests.

- Operating and maintaining mine crushing equipment.

- Rebuilding components, performing maintenance, and making repairs.

- Assisting with the mining process as needed.

Job Requirements for Night Wash Associate at Badger Mining Corporation

Educational Background:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Capabilities:

- Ability to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, and working at elevated heights.

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Technical and Operational Skills:

- Familiarity with startup, shutdown, and quality testing procedures for wash processes.

- Experience operating and maintaining mine crushing equipment is a plus.

- Ability to rebuild components, perform maintenance, and complete repairs as needed.

Mining Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of the mining process to assist with operations when required.

Work Ethic and Adaptability:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and operational protocols.

- Dependability to work during the night shift and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Teamwork and Communication:

- Willingness to collaborate with others and assist team members as needed.

Job Specific

Operating the wash to maintain up-time

- Perform product specification testing to ensure product produced meets quality expectations

- Monitoring infeed and outfeed of product, comprehending the flow of the system and the ability to adjust the plant when needed

- Operating the Wash system to maintain a 92% or better uptime, achieve tons/man hours and tons/machine hour at our highest optimization

- Performing basic/intermediate maintenance functions
