- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials and products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following customer requirements and company standards.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, regulations, and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners.
- Assist with training and mentoring Warehouse I personnel as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory issues or process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement best practices in warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.- Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Exposure to warehouse conditions including varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) required
