Warehouse Technician

The Greenstone Mine commenced production in May 2024 and will be one of Canada's largest open-pit gold mines, with annual production expected to average nearly 400,000 ounces of gold per year for an initial 14-year mine life with additional potential from a large underground deposit. Greenstone Gold Mines LP is owned by Equinox Gold Corp, a Vancouver-based mining company with five operating mines in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Nicaragua.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Technician is responsible for all warehouse technical activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Warehouse activities including freight offloading, receiving, issuing, cycle counts and shipping of items to and from the mine site.

- Deliver goods at the mine site.

- Follow inventory management procedures and processes.

- Input physical counts and manage inventory in SAP.

- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.

- Ensure the warehouse is properly secured.

- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.

Required Experience and Skill Set

- 2+ years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics. Mining warehouse experience is an asset.

- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and SAP is an asset.
