Job Overview

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist in running day-to-day operations, develop SOPs, chart KPIs, and complete a variety of assignments that support the active management and distribution of our inventory.  You will proactively support inventory processing for our operational and production organizations with specific responsibility for the following:

Responsibilities

- Collaborate and set up processes for all warehouse and inventory operations

- Oversee and direct warehouse personnel within the day’s workload including part runs, loading, receiving, shipping and miscellaneous housekeeping

- Comply with and enforce all Mainspring’s safety procedures, operating procedures, and policies pertaining to the warehouse

- Optimize and communicate all reports, such as audit reports, daily forklift maintenance reports, and receiving checklists

- Assign and monitor overtime work and complete audit reports on your teams’ activities

- Ensure equipment is in proper operating condition; report any issues to get repaired

- Responsible for training, mentoring, and supervising warehouse personnel

- Provide assistance with various duties that arise in connection with the warehouse

Qualifications

- Equivalent work experience in Warehouse operations; 3 to 5 years supervisory experience

- Ability to effectively communicate in written and spoken English

- Proficient level of skill in Google Docs and Sheets or equivalent

- Previous experience with Inventory management software and reports:  SAP, QuickBase, MRP, MES, Etc.

- Possess good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines

- Possess strong written/oral communication skills

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

This position is 

onsite

at our Menlo Park HQ. The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee. Along with the base hourly, Mainspring offers pre-IPO stock options + benefits.
