POSITION SUMMARY:

Colite Technologies is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage shipping and receiving, material management and inventory control of our warehouse located in Columbia SC.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•

Schedule in-bound and outbound shipping and receiving of material ensuring material are shipped on time, within budget and accurate according to planned bill of material.

•

Supervise day to day activities of warehouse operations including performing or directing material moves.

•

Collaborate with internal customers in the Project Management and Field Installation teams to ensure materials are delivered to site complete, without damage and on-time.

•

Leverage existing IT tools (Team Up scheduling, Epicor ERP, etc.) to communicate schedule and material availability to the entire Colite Technologies team.

•

Optimize layout and shelving to maximize efficient use of floorspace and workflow.

•

Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure stock accuracy, minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory.

•

Allocate necessary space for staging project materials.

•

Serve as primary point of contact for transportation vendors assuring best value and cost.

•

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving initiatives within the warehouse

operation.

•

Promote a safe work environment by advocating that all employees meet internal and external safety standards; conduct

REQUIREMENTS:

Inventory management experience

•

Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally over 100 lbs.

•

Detail oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps and implement solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & DETAILS:

•

Forklift certification

•

Valid driver’s license with good driving history

•

Minimum High School diploma, Associates, or bachelor’s preferred
