A Warehouse Production Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations and production workflows. This role ensures that materials are efficiently received, processed, stored, and dispatched while maintaining a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will lead teams, optimize processes, and maintain inventory accuracy to support company goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily warehouse and production floor operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

· Manage inventory control processes, including stock accuracy and timely replenishment

· Develop and implement warehouse layout and process improvements for space optimization and material flow.

· Lead and supervise warehouse, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

· Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely completion of the production process

· Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

· Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

· Monitor KPIs and generate reports on warehouse/production metrics to identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance teams to meet operational goals.

· Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
