Total Safety is looking for a Warehouse Lead Associate to add to their safety conscious team! In our Warehouse positions you will be an important part of processing our customer orders. Receiving inbound purchases, stocking items, timely and accurate order fulfillment and timely order processing are just part of the requirements for customer satisfaction from our Warehouse Team.

- Oversee the shipping process
- Oversee the product location process
- Oversee the product pulling process
- Oversee the order shipping process
- Oversee the S&S delivery process
- Evaluation of team members performance
- Compliance of all warehouse safety procedures
- Oversee team member scheduling and attendance
- Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment
- Managing the layout and set up of the warehouse for the appropriate storage of goods and supplies

- Excellent managerial, organizational skills and decision making abilities
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with effective team building capabilities
- Knowledge of the safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods
- Ability to effectively manage time and resolve crises.
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent
- Operation of Forklift and Cherry Picker
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational management
- Warehousing process management
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to pass drug test and background checks
