Warehouse Shift Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse processes, logistics, and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and productivity.

- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

- Train team members on proper materials handling techniques and equipment operation, including forklifts.

- Facilitate effective communication among team members to promote a collaborative work environment.

Experience

- Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor is preferred.

- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment is advantageous.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job effectively.

Base Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
