Qualitech is looking for a Warehouse Lead for their Food Solutions department.

The warehouse lead ensures all shipping, receiving, picking, and inventory reconciliation tasks are completed each day. They are responsible for coordinating and training the employees in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving and picking.

Key job functions include organization and management of warehouse functions and workflow, maintaining accurate inventory counts, ensuring first in first out (FIFO) for raw materials and finished goods, resolving problems, and ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Efficient and organized storage of raw materials, WIP and finished goods within the facility + Completes cycle count per the defined schedule; compares results to system inventory and reconciles as needed + FIFO and lot control policies/best practices are being followed by warehouse team + Prompt receipt of inbound materials + On-time delivery of finished goods + Materials are picked and arranged for production + Warehouse Organization + Inventory reconciliation of location, lot, and quantity + Picking; 20-30% + Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Organization; 30-40% + Inventory Reconciliation Tasks 20% + Team Lead & Training 10% + Warehouse is clean and organized + Inventory identification tags are clear and legible + Participating in Continuous Improvement events. + Helping develop and implement SSOPs and SOPs.
