Vivacity Tech PBC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our Thornton, CO location. This individual will assists and leads assigned activities associated with various operations in the warehouse.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

•

Manages and supervises new employees in training, performance and other areas

•

Oversees the maintenance of the warehouse

•

Assists Operations Manager with daily duties

•

Organizes, plans, coordinates and facilitates all aspects of inventory in the warehouse

•

Ensures warehouse equipment is maintained and is in acceptable working condition

•

Responsible for quality control and ensuring all items are accurately selected and packed

•

Manually handles, repacks and re stacks pallets of finished products as needed

•

Updates existing procedures and practices and consistently identifies areas of improvement

•

Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•

Ability to motivate team of direct reports in meeting goals

•

Basic understanding of inventory management, record keeping and other routine documentation used in warehouse operations

•

Thorough knowledge of warehouse procedures and regulations

•

Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others

•

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

•

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

•

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

•

Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

•

Ability to work independently

Education & Experience

•

High school diploma

•

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

•

Forklift certification preferred

Physical Requirements

•

Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer

•

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds in accordance with charging carts

•

Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds in accordance with green ship boxes
