DSG is seeking a Warehouse Lead in our Plymouth, MN location. In this full time, hourly position, work is typically performed between the hours of 5am and 2pm, Monday through Friday, but may vary on occasion according to business needs. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department within the warehouse, such as shipping, receiving, inventory control, wire cutting, or other specialized areas. While the Warehouse Lead does not directly manage staff, they are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their department, coordinating workloads, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required standards. The role also involves closely monitoring the department’s performance, maintaining productivity levels, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
