Lead all aspects of inventory management for Beaumont Manufacturing & Distribution including the accuracy, organization, tracking and reporting of incoming/outgoing raw materials, works-in-process and finished goods. This role is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and improving efficient inventory control processes, procedures and systems that optimize operations and support business objectives.

· Lead and supervise warehouse and inventory control team (shipping/receiving, parts pickers, etc.).
· Develop, maintain and improve upon Inventory Control standard operating policies and procedures (shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, works-in-process, electronic builds, inventory location system, physical inventory counts, cycle counts, etc.).
· Provide training and ongoing development for warehouse and inventory control personnel.
· Systematically verify, track and report on inventory at all locations.
· Ensure precise maintenance of inventory records with accuracy and timeliness.
· Proactively monitor stock levels to identify shortages and surpluses.
· Develop KPIs for inventory management and track progress toward targeted goals.
· Collaborate with internal team and suppliers to resolve shipment errors/returns.
· Foster strong relationships with Quality Control, Production, and Supply Chain to achieve goals.
· Drive high quality organization standards throughout warehouse operations.
· Maintain organized and efficient inventory location system.
· Analyze Inventory Control costs and lead reduction initiatives.
· Collect, analyze and summarize inventory control data and trends.
· Proven experience as Inventory Control Manager or similar position
· Excellent knowledge of databases, data analysis techniques, and forecasting methods
· Ability to accurately track inventory with precision and create reports
· Analytical mind with strong math and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP software experience preferred
· Comprehensive understanding of Inventory Control Methods, Manufacturing Processes, and QA/QC
· Attention to detail and commitment to thoroughness
· Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of high performance
· Organized with ability to plan and execute on company initiatives
· Results-driven approach with focus on continuous improvement
· Physical capability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to stand for extended periods while conducting inventory checks
· Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with variable noise levels.
· Regular business hours with occasional overtime during high volume periods
