Warehouse Coordinator

Manage day-to-day inventory flow and maintain an accurate inventory database and statistics.

Arrange all freight and liaise with relevant parties to minimize freight cost and transit times.

Conduct regular inventory audits.

Provides administrative support for operations. This includes but is not limited to AP, AR, and office duties.

Order and maintain supplies.

Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer service experience is preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Teams, Excel, etc is required

Previous experience with JD Edwards or Oracle is a bonus

Previous experience with inventory control, vendor management, and order management

Previous experience with AP/AR is preferred
