The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse, including inventory control, material handling, equipment maintenance, and ensuring efficient support for daily insulation projects. This role works closely with project managers, field crews, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching insulation materials and supplies
•Track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using inventory management systems
•Order materials and tools as needed based on project demands and usage trends
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
•Load and unload materials; prepare job kits and staging areas for installation crews
•Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and delivery services to ensure timely arrivals and pickups
•Maintain and schedule maintenance for company tools and warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, compressors, vacuum machines)
•Supervise and support warehouse assistants or helpers if applicable
•Assist with jobsite logistics when needed (e.g., delivering materials to crews)
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED required; additional logistics or management training a plus, Computer literacy is a must.
•2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience (construction or insulation industry preferred)
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
•Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer software (Excel, email)
•Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus)
•Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
•Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
•Spanish language is a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
