As a Warehouse Coordinator you will assist the company by efficiently and accurately coordinating the activities and operations of the warehouse along with running any necessary parts to our installation teams.
- Coordinate the movement of solar products and components throughout the warehouse, including storage and staging for jobs.
- Deliver parts, materials, and tools to installation teams as needed.
- Clean, stock, and prepare installation crew trailers for upcoming jobs.
- Ensure accurate documentation in inventory management systems (ex. Kojo).
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile technology for inventory and communication.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of solar products, parts, or installation processes preferred.
- Ability to move around the warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with clear MVR.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
