The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for completing sales orders and shipping documents on SAP and UPS programs, filing invoice copies, coordinating with and assisting team members locally and at corporate for A/P and A/R, assisting in shipping and handling/Parts department, including answering phones and taking orders down, inputting sales orders, pulling parts for orders, inspecting parts from production and from inventory, packaging orders, completing orders.
- Complete and process via computer, shipping documents, labels, and payment arrangements.
- Proactively support internal customers by independently handling all assigned administrative duties and taking direction from supervisor.
- Office and Service administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
- Create and invoice machine shop job orders.
- Communicate with customers’ AP department for collections.
- Shipping and receiving.
- Count, weigh, and record number of units of material moved or handled on daily production
- Attach identifying tags or labels to material / packages
- Pull parts to maintain inventory and order completion
- Maintain cycle counts as requested by supervisor
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Knowledge of general office management and current computer/office communications technologies; proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook SAP experience desired.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills including strong grammatical skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability and willingness to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
