Summary
Under the direction of the Logistics Manager, the Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Supply Chain department. This role ensures smooth and accurate processing of shipments, hardware inventory, and logistics coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Perform a wide variety of support tasks within the Supply Chain department to ensure efficient operations;
•Oversee Material Ship Directs, including coordination of shipping activities and maintenance of accurate shipment records;
•Manage the hardware process: receive, pick, track, and organize hardware inventory; oversee the install book process, including picking and staging install books for outbound shipment;
•Serve as a backup for daily logistics operations: booking trucks, following up with brokers, and processing shipping-related paperwork;
•Coordinate with external suppliers and internal departments to arrange internal freight shipments and manage MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) purchases related to warehouse and logistics;
•Prepare, print, and organize shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOLs), customs forms, and other logistics-related paperwork;
•Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Logistics Manager or other leader to support the supply chain operations

Education and/or Experience
•High School diploma or equivalent required;
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred;
•2 years of previous experience in Supply Chain preferred;
Other skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
•The ability to solve problems professionally in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines is required.
•Strong organizational, time management skills
•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•Ability to work independently and a team environment
