Your responsibilities

Job Summary

In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Job Description We're Hiring: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate Location: Smithfield, RI 1st Shift Pay: $17-$19 per hour

What You’ll Do

- Sort, stack, clean, and inspect pallets, cartons, or parts

- Package orders & complete required paperwork

- Operate forklifts, cranes & material handling equipment

- Assist machine operators as needed

- Perform general warehouse clean-up

- Ensure equipment is running safely and report any issues

- Support health, safety, quality, and Lean processes

- Train others when needed—be a team player!

What You Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Previous warehouse experience

- Familiarity with handheld measuring tools & scanners

- Strong computer skills

- Safety-focused and dependable

- Willingness to learn & adapt

This is a physically active position on the warehouse floor, working around heavy machinery.
