Warehouse Associate

APA Solar is looking for safety and quality conscious individuals for its Ridgeville Corners warehouse to work with inventory, pull orders, load/unload trucks

Responsibilities:

- Verify product number and amount according to picking slip

- Work from pick sheet to pull and stage product orders to prepare for shipping

- Safely secure product to pallets and containers prior to loading to prevent product damage during transport

- Operate forklifts in a safe and efficient manner; perform pre-shift inspection; keep forklifts maintained and in good working condition

- Conducts cycle counts for inventory accuracy and participates in physical inventory

- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment to support shipping efficiency, prevent product damage, and prevent injuries

Qualifications:

- Basic math, language, reading and computer skills (email, NetSuite experience a plus)

- Prior forklift experience

- Good time management skills and ability to stay on task with little supervision.

Successful Candidates Will Be Able To:

- Lift and carry, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds at a time

- Stand and walk up to ten (10) hours per day

- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach outward frequently

Full-time

- 1st Shift Hours, 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

- Overtime will be available and required as necessary

Date of Hire, $18/HR, at 90 Days $19/HR, 1 Year $20/HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
