Looking for a warehouse role where your contributions really matter? At BRAH Electric, we’re a 10-person team that manufactures and ships replacement electrical parts to customers worldwide. We’re searching for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join us in Carlsbad.
This isn’t just stacking boxes. You’ll be the lone ranger of the warehouse—the one we count on to keep orders moving, shelves organized, and urgent shipments out the door. If you pick up part numbers quickly, stay positive under pressure, and like working closely with sales reps and managers, this role is built for you.

- Receiving & Inspection – Unload shipments, check products for accuracy/quality, and report issues.
- Inventory Management – Keep shelves organized and accurate. Assist with cycle counts.
- Order Fulfillment – Pick, pack, and prep orders for shipping. Speed and accuracy both matter.
- Shipping & Logistics – Prepare shipping docs, coordinate with carriers, and ensure outgoing orders meet standards.
- Warehouse Upkeep – Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
- Team Collaboration – Work with our two sales reps to ensure orders are right and on-time. Flag issues so we can solve them together.
- Other tasks as needed.
- Strong work ethic. You show up on time, work hard, and don’t need babysitting.
- Detail orientation. You notice small differences in part numbers and stay organized.
- Warehouse experience preferred. Not required if you’re motivated and quick to learn
- Strength & stamina. Comfortable lifting/moving heavy items when needed.
- Equipment know-how. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Communication. You keep sales and management in the loop so nothing slips through.
- Team mindset. When there’s an urgent order, you’re ready to step in and get it done.
- Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE – Lower end if new to warehouse/electrical work – Upper end with deep experience
- Bonuses: – $500 for mastering part number variations, coil swaps, and bus plug conversions (training provided) – $50 bonus for weekend emergency shipments (when needed)
- Schedule: – 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday – Overtime may be available – Occasional weekend shipment coverage ($50 bonus)
- Paid Time Off: 1 week after 4 months, 2 weeks after 1.5 years
- 8 paid holidays + sick time- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance (after 6 months, United Healthcare)
