We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic warehousing team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (2900 SW 42nd Street) — and we want you to bring your energy, skills, and drive.
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
- Receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping parts.
- Performing cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
- Processing inbound and outbound shipments using SAP (WMS).
- Maintaining warehouse supplies and tools.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assisting with local transportation requests.
- Operating forklifts and loading/unloading trucks.
- Support various warehouse functions beyond core tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach to ensure operational efficiency.
You’re someone who takes pride in doing things right and keeping things moving. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma (Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing.
- Proven experience working with Warehouse Management Systems — SAP is preferred, but familiarity with other systems will also be considered.
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Prior forklift operating experience is mandatory; certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience using mobile scanner devices (preferred)
- A proactive mindset: you’re always looking for ways to improve processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
