Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

- Conduct picking and packing of orders, ensuring that items are accurately selected and properly packaged for shipment.

- Prepare and process outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS software (experience preferred, training available).

- Perform inbound shipment checks: verify packing slips, log received items, and send email confirmations (to designated team members).

- Maintain clear communication through Microsoft Outlook (stock checks, follow-ups, shipment updates).

- Assist with invoicing (QuickBooks experience strongly preferred).

- Safely handle packages and perform heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs).

- Ensure accuracy in all documentation and inventory management.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment to promote safety and productivity.

Requirements

- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.

- Knowledge of packaging standards and shipping procedures is essential.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 70 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.

- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for effective stocking and order picking.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
