Warehouse Assistant

RJ Mann & Associates is seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Williston, ND office.

Responsibilities

- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts in the warehouse

- Accurately fulfill customer orders and process sales transactions efficiently

- Assist with physical inventory counts

- Operate forklifts safely (training provided if needed)

- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

- Communicate with vendors regarding orders

- Perform clerical tasks such as printing, scanning, and answering phones

- Support team members with additional tasks as assigned

Abilities and Skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

- Proficiency with computers, including MS Office

- Clear and professional communication skills

- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
