We are actively seeking an Amazing Warehouse Admin in the Wilmington, NC area to join our award-WINNING team.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change
Position Responsibilities of the Warehouse Admin:
•Assist with incoming deliveries, (materials, equipment, and parts) and checks for accuracy before signing and accepting responsibility for the material.
•Conducts inventory and control reporting
•Interprets inventory, delivery, and safety metrics to streamline warehouse processes and ensure best practices are being followed
•Scans incoming shipments to ensure proper inventory tracking
•Assists with completing paperwork to ensure every item taken and/or returned from inventory is properly documented
•Ensure all job packages are accurate when they arrive or when they are pulled and that warehouse associates are verifying with signatures.
•Verify rough and trim packages are pulled 100% complete prior to staging to go out the following day (complete with block/brick/PVC/gas assemblies/pads/etc.).
•Partners with Warehouse Manager to evaluate inventory levels to proactively order low stock promptly.
•Assists with quarterly inventory as well as daily spot checks.
•Supports cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse, shipping and receiving areas at all times.
•Maintain ability to perform all warehouse positions and willingness to fill in when needed.
•Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications of the Warehouse Admin:
•Must have a High School Degree or equivalent
•Must have valid Driver’s License
•Must be able to pass DOT screenings
•Administrative/Clerical Experience required
•2+ years of Construction Experience required
•Microsoft Office Experience, specifically with Excel required
•Must be 21 years or older
•Must adhere to company screenings
Physical Requirements
•Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
•Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
•Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
•Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
