Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring efficient production planning. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise staff and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.

•

Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock and conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.

•

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

•

Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.

•

Lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.

•

Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.

•

Manage fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

•

Collaborate with other departments to ensure materials management aligns with overall business objectives.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.

•

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.

•

Experience in shipping and receiving operations, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

•

Familiarity with production planning methodologies is preferred.

•

Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

•

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
