Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
Duties
•
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
•
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
•
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
•
Manage cash register transactions, including processing payments and handling tips.
•
Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
•
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
•
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
•
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance their dining experience.
•
Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
•
Wear our uniform and hat at all times, making sure it is clean at all times!
Experience
•
Previous experience in a hospitality or nightclub setting is preferred but not mandatory.
•
Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
•
Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
•
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest services.
•
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
•
Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
