We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our sales organization in the energy services including boiler installations, service agreement and controls solutions. Our target prospects are General Contractors, Property Managers, and Building owners. This executive will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth across commercial and residential buildings in the New York area. The ideal candidate brings deep sales leadership experience in construction services, HVAC, or mechanical systems. The successful candidate must have experience working with our target prospects in our market area and have a track record of achieving aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve short-term and long-term revenue goals.
•Lead, mentor, and scale a team of account executives, account manager, and business development reps.
•Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive expansion.
•Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, property managers, and industrial clients.
•Collaborate on pricing strategies, oversee proposals, contract negotiations, and sales performance metrics.
•Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities and customer needs to drive best-in-class customer experience.
•Forecast revenue and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
•Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in boiler systems, service, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications:
•10+ years of progressive sales experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
•Industry experience in HVAC, boiler systems, construction, energy services, mechanical services, or facilities management is required.
•Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling teams in a service-based or project-driven business.
•Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
•Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, contract structuring, and project-based selling.
•Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical background a plus.
