Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Manager in Training to join our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their management skills in a dynamic environment. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in operations, team leadership, and customer service, preparing you for a successful career in management.

CONTRACT PAY SCALE: $250.00 per contract . $350.00 if at an of average of 8 in rolling 4 week period, the pay will be per contract plus commission.

TIER BONUS: EXTRA $300.00 for 3 contracts per week at 5 contracts, you will receive total of $500.00. At 10 contracts per week, you will receive a total of $1,000.00 per contract in addition to commissions.
