Position Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished

Vice President of Operations

to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in leading large-scale operations, delivering measurable business transformation, and driving organizational excellence across complex industries. This executive will be accountable for operational strategy, execution, and performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy in alignment with corporate goals.

- Provide executive leadership to program management, estimating, site operations, and customer care functions.

- Ensure operational discipline and efficiency through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.

- Oversee P&L responsibilities with a focus on delivering sustainable growth and profitability.

- Drive enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives, including strategic planning, program management, IT solutions, and supply chain optimization.

- Partner with the executive team to define long-term business strategy and ensure its effective execution.

- Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Profile

- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience

across construction, aerospace, aviation, telecom, electronics, high tech, and manufacturing sectors.

- Proven record of success in Fortune 500 corporations and large-scale enterprises.

- Expertise in

business process improvement, supply chain management, and Lean-Six Sigma methodologies

.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-billion-dollar operations with measurable outcomes.

- Strong executive presence with a decisive, strategic, and collaborative leadership style.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree; post-graduate executive education from recognized institutions preferred.
