E Source is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the team that powers all outbound execution, marketing operations, and campaign performance optimization. This role is ideal for a B2B marketing leader who brings together precision execution, channel strategy, and operational rigor to deliver measurable results and revenue impact.
As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you’ll build and scale the engine that makes our marketing strategy real in-market. From email and digital campaigns to events, analytics, and web—you’ll own our execution strategy in support of our business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Leads for each Market Unit, Corporate Marketing, and Sales to deliver brand plus full-funnel programs to drive growth and improve ROI across channels.
This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and manages a growing team of experts across email, web, events, social, martech, and analytics.

- Lead the Growth Marketing team, managing channel experts and stakeholders inside marketing and across the company.
- Set the vision for channel strategy and execution across the buyer and customer journeys in support of our revenue and brand goals.
- Own and optimize the growth marketing budget.
- Oversee execution across email, web, social media, events, and internal communications.
- Lead campaign production and calendar management in partnership with Market Unit Marketing Leads.
- Leverage shared services in Corporate Marketing for content creation used in campaigns, events, and other activations.
- Ensure integrated delivery across all campaign elements (assets, landing pages, email, webinar, social, etc.).
- Own the marketing tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent, etc.), including process governance, automation best practices, and data integrity, working closely with our CTO organization.
- Partner with the Market Unit Marketing Leads to ensure data flow, lead capture, routing, and reporting are optimized, and our marketing efforts flow seamlessly into the sales and renewal processes.
- Build and maintain a marketing analytics framework to track effectiveness across channels and across campaigns.
- Deliver regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and funnel conversion.
- Drive optimization through dataat a campaign and channel level.
- Oversee all branded events, virtual events, tradeshows, and conferences in collaboration with corporate and Market Unit stakeholders.
- Ensure events are integrated into demand plans and drive engagement across the customer life cycle.
- Ensure event follow-up is connected to related sales and account engagement processes and activities.
- Fully operational marketing engine across all core channels with consistent, high-quality execution.
- Strong internal partnerships with MU Marketing Leads, Sales, and Corporate Marketing.
- Measurable contribution to brand awareness, pipeline, and client engagement.
- Operational excellence across tools, processes, and analytics with clear visibility for stakeholders.

- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years managing channel execution, marketing operations, or demand-generation functions.
- Demonstrated success leading marketing teams that span multiple channels and systems.
- Deep understanding of modern martech and data-driven marketing (Marketo, Salesforce, analytics tools, etc.).
- Experience executing marketing programs that support a portfolio of offerings and diverse audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator.
- Comfort operating with pace and precision in a growth-oriented environment.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills—able to juggle multiple programs without dropping the details.
- Team builder and leader who will coach, motivate, and elevate a team of high-performing individual contributors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

This role will be 100% remote, with minimal travel.
