VP / Director of Business Development (Engineering Background)

business development leader with an engineering mindset

 to help scale next-generation 

AI-ready data center cooling solutions

 across the U.S.

If you enjoy customer meetings, technical discussions, and being in the field — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Drive business development with 

data centers, colocation providers, GPU cloud companies, and infrastructure partners

- Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations

- Work closely with engineering teams to align technical solutions with customer needs

- Support opportunities related to:

- Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC)

(bonus)

- High-density AI / GPU infrastructure

- Advanced data center cooling systems

- Travel regularly for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events

- Support on-site work when required (POCs, deployments, customer workshops)

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years experience

 in business development, sales, or technical roles related to:

- Data centers

- Cloud / AI infrastructure

- Cooling, power, or mission-critical systems

- Engineering background

 (Mechanical, Electrical, Data Center, or similar)

- Comfortable in 

customer-facing meetings

 and technical conversations

- Willingness to 

travel

 and work on-site when needed

- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Based in (or willing to relocate to) the 

Bay Area

Bonus Points

- Experience or exposure to 

Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC)

 or hybrid liquid cooling

- Knowledge of GPU, AI, or high-density rack environments

- Experience working with hyperscalers, colocations, or system integrators
