Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Virtual Solar Sales Consultants to join our remote team. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential, ideal for highly motivated individuals who are confident in closing deals and eager to grow within the clean energy space.

Responsibilities

•

Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners across the U.S.

•

Educate customers on solar energy benefits and IntegrateSun’s product offerings

•

Design and present customized solar system proposals

•

Guide customers through financing, documentation, and contract signing

•

Manage leads and update activity in our CRM system (HubSpot)

•

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth post-sale transition

•

Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

•

Attend weekly virtual training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

•

Minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales or high-ticket remote sales

•

Proven track record of closing sales and hitting performance goals

•

Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills

•

Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain solar benefits to homeowners

•

Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot (preferred)

•

Proficiency in proposal tools such as Aurora, Solo, or OpenSolar (a plus)

•

Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom, e-signatures, screen sharing)

•

Must have a computer, phone, and stable internet connection

Earning Potential

•

Average sale ranges between $20,000–$40,000

•

Top performers earn $10,000–$20,000+ per month in commissions

•

No cap on your income
